Canada work permits

What skills do Canadian work permits require?

There are few barriers or obstacles to overcome in the method of creating Canada work visas other than selling your resume and then selling yourself in the best possible way. In fact, 250 million Canadian work visas a year show that there are many opportunities, but employers may be more hesitant to hire foreign workers.

Will you work with my employer to secure my work visa?

Yes, we work with many companies, from small businesses to some of the most famous brands in the world.

What is a Canadian work permit package?

Right from the start, make sure you have all the information you need to apply for a final Canadian work permit.

We ask for all required business, professional or educational qualifications when applying for a job and during the work permit process.

It’s an urgent matter, but I have a resume. Remake the book in pure Canadian format and make sure it reflects your skills and experience. Our resume writer knows how to make you stand out and will create your resume after in-depth consultation.

Not only will you have access to internal job boards and individual job alerts, but your internal recruiting team will be happy to work for you and provide you with exciting opportunities.

We nominated you for an existing advertised position and leveraged our network to reveal these hidden gems and their unspoken locations. When you apply as a candidate, the employer knows that you have already instructed us on this subject and that we process the labor market valuation documents. We also work closely with new employers at all stages of the process.

The Canadian Department of Immigration will handle the application and granting of new Canadian work permit visas on your behalf.

Work permit (with LMIA)

To get a work visa (if you do not have a work vacation, PGWP, spouse, or other sponsor), you need an employer to sponsor your work visa. Sponsoring employers must apply for an LMIA (Labor Market Impact Assessment).

LMIA, short for Labor Market Impact Assessment, asks the Canadian Department of Workforce Development to assess the impact of foreign employment on the Canadian economy when a Canadian company employs a foreign national.

LMIA is not a document to apply to CIC (Immigration Office), but rather a document to apply to ESDC (Ministry of Workforce Development Canada).

You can only apply for a work visa if the result of this LMIA assessment is positive

To allow work, you must submit another work permit application, including Positive LMIA, to the Immigration Office.

  • When applying for a work permit from the LMIA, the employer will be charged an application fee of $ 1000 (no application fee for permanent residence). * Our service charge is not included.
  • The employer must agree to cooperate with the application in order to submit tax information and other information to the application.
  • Keep in mind that the conditions of acquisition, such as the publication of job announcements and interviews, are detailed and complicated.
  • There are also regulations on the content and publication period of job advertisements.
  • Job postings are not required for some professions, such as school officials and wrestlers.
